My name is Md Shahzad. I came from Bihar small village in Muzaffarpur District. My vision is to contribute to making India a developed country. I volunteered in an open defecation-free movement by our prime minister Mr Naredra Modi as a motivator. I also worked for 2 years as a learning facilitator and marketing executive in the Kushal Yuva program which was an initiative by the Bihar government Cheif Minister Nitish Kumar. I was doing many things in the village to educate and train local boys just like typing and data entry, 21st-century computer skills In my village, I provide many village job opportunities to young age people with the help of locals. After COVID I came to Delhi. than i joined Tadpole Projects Pvt Ltd and worked 2 years as a Marketing Head. after that, I feel there is a lot of gap between good quality marketing. Other digital marketing companies charge more for simple projects and they can’t provide output. So I started my agency which is 360 Digital Marketing where we provide digital marketing services Website designing, Graphic design, and Social media marketing at a very affordable price and with better output than others. I got Best Digital Marketer and Best Digital Marketing Agency. I met with Mr. Anshumaan Singh and we started many ventures like Vyapar Badhao, Digital Netaji, International Business Startup and Entrepreneurs Association India@2047 and Bharat ke Maharathi Award Show.Â
In the small village of Muzaffarpur, nestled in the heart of Bihar, a young man named Md Shahzad dreamed of contributing to the transformation of India into a developed nation. Shahzad was driven by a vision to bring positive change to his community.
Shahzad’s journey began when he actively participated in the open defecation-free movement led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. As a motivator, he worked tirelessly to encourage and educate the villagers about the importance of sanitation and hygiene. His commitment to community development caught the attention of the Bihar government, and he found himself involved in the Kushal Yuva program, initiated by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar.
For two years, Shahzad served as a learning facilitator and marketing executive in the program, imparting valuable skills such as typing and data entry to the local youth. In his village, he created job opportunities, empowering young individuals with 21st-century computer skills. Shahzad’s efforts were not only changing lives but also bridging the gap between rural communities and modern opportunities.
However, destiny had more in store for Shahzad. After the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, he decided to take a leap and moved to Delhi. There, he joined Tadpole Projects Pvt Ltd, where he honed his skills and rose to the position of Marketing Head in just two years.
Yet, Shahzad observed a significant gap in the marketing industry. Traditional agencies charged exorbitant fees for simple projects and often fell short in delivering quality output. Fuelled by a desire to make a difference, Shahzad decided to venture out on his own.
In 2021, he founded “360 Digital Marketing,” an agency that aimed to provide comprehensive digital marketing services, including website designing, graphic design, and social media marketing, at an affordable price without compromising on quality. The agency quickly gained recognition, earning Shahzad accolades as the “Best Digital Marketer” and his agency as the “Best Digital Marketing Agency.”
Shahzad’s entrepreneurial spirit did not stop there. He crossed paths with Mr. Anshumaan Singh, and together they embarked on various ventures such as Vyapar Badhao, Digital Netaji, International Business Startup, and Entrepreneurs Association India@2047. Additionally, they initiated the prestigious “Bharat ke Maharathi Award Show” to recognize and celebrate the achievements of exceptional individuals in the business world.
